Ingredients:
1 can sardines in water (no added salt)
1/2 cup cooked, mashed sweet potato
1 tablespoon plain yogurt
1/4 teaspoon turmeric (optional, for anti-inflammatory benefits)
Instructions:
Mash the sardines into small pieces.
Mix with mashed sweet potato and yogurt.
Add turmeric if desired, and serve cooled.
